The Locator Project
The project aims at marking each masjid on the world map. Features will also include marking the name of masjid, viewing it in satellite mode and linking the location to events and media from Malumaat.com Content
The Map will provide accurate road markings to the location of the masjid. Use Google Maps, and the data included on these maps, we will be able to provide this information to mumineen. However in order for this system to be complete, Mumineen from various countries need to contribute the location of the nearest masjid / markaz to us.
Providing the Latitude and Longitude of the location up to 10 decimal points will help us pin point the masjid/markaz properly on the map. Also include the Name of the masjid, Address and contact numbers if any. Send us as email by
